VOYAGE I
Meet Maria and Ricardo - Two 11th graders interested in climate change
How can they begin their high school career pathway to make a future impact on the planet?
After speaking with their high school counselor, Maria and Ricardo decided to take Earth Science, Biology and Chemistry courses. They both also will explore several of the Career and Technical Education programs, such as agriculture, automotive and marine technology.
Considering future career opportunities where they can be proactive in the effects of global warming, Maria and Ricardo join their schools STEM program, which encourages students to tackle research and join competitions.
